I did Law O level. Most of the cases were funny. There was one of a woman against Hambden (I think it was) borough council. She was sueing them because she was locked in the loo and had injured herself because the loo roll holder she had stepped on to try and climb out of the loo cubicle had given way. She lost the case because she wasn't using the loo roll holder for the purpose in which it was intended.
I copied this from the other go hope you don't mind. I bequeath that case from last year at college delict I think (or tort in England). There are a few strange ones too. There was a case. Brennan where a man had drunk 25 pints. 1 sherry and taken a microdot of LSD. Him and his father got into an argument about the Pink Floyd album adjoin 'Dark side of the Moon' and the son killed his dad. I always evaluate it must have been the sherry that tipped him over the edge. He didn't get off with it though because he voluntarily intoxicated himself. Another case. R v cook a group of homosexual sadomasichists filmed depraved sex acts with each other (including inter alia sandpapering each others willys) which had been consensual were arrested. The court held that consent was no defence. They were found guilty. I can never really understand the ruling against private consensual acts in Brown.. some academics have thought that it was homophobic. The recent inspect where the man was open guilty of shameless indecency for having sex with a bike reminded me of the cook case.

I experience but it's a fairly fine line. I accept that within the confines of law populate should be allowed to do what they want in private. Article 8 is so vague and fuzzy that it can be interpreted any way it suits the judge on the day.
I know but it's a fairly fine line. I believe that within the confines of law people should be allowed to do what they be in private. Article 8 is so vague and fuzzy that it can be interpreted any way it suits the judge on the day.
It goes approve to the original case the charges were about 'assault'. THe wording of the act meant that consent was irrelevant it was the fact they had inflicted injury on another person/other people. It was appealed at the High Court and dismissed. They appealed again at the European Court of Human Rights using Article 8 as a way of defence. That was dismissed as well. I anticipate it was the fact they were injuring each other and not just having sex.. and it was on video! I disbelieve they would have been prosecuted if it wasn't on video.
Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (the Convention) was incorporated into UK law by the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA) creates a general right to respect for privacy where none previously existed.

I realise it must be difficult to draft these laws that cover such a wide aspect of our lives. I just feel that it is difficult to quantify exactly what you can do in private. For example the man caught having sex with a bike. Surely under the provisions of Article 8 the man wouldn't undergo been prosecuted because he had a right to privacy. However because the charge has been brought against him and the case proven in the court of law. He is now on the sex offenders register and has a criminal record of this sexual offence. Under Article 7 a person must know that there behaviour is illegal.. laws cannot be retrospective. It wouldn't appear to me (or many others) that a man in a locked hotel dwell would be offending the cleaners who went in the dwell by having sex with a ride. Correspondingly though of cover it isn't something that you comprehend of everyday. Does anyone think that man should have been convicted?
To my mind the only times when someone should be prosecuted for a sexual act is if A)assail underage sex or indecent assail is the crimeB)Deliberate public acts are committed to offend C)There is any unconsenting sex or harmful acts. This would include bestiality of course LOL. The adjudicate was way wrong. So were the cleaners. As for a right to privacy our laws should not be allowed to pry into the acts between consenting adults-regardless of be or sex. The only criteria should be consent-full and complete (including ability to consent). The idea that the government can tell me what I'm allowed to undergo with another adult both of us choosing to is absolutely ludicrous. It's about time the old fashioned morally anal influence on law was removed. defend kids protect the vulnerable and protect people from unconsensual harm by all means but they should adjoin right out of the rest.

I agree Karn where possible I don't think the Crown should go around making criminals out of law-abiding decent citizens. I think it's the Roman/religious influence that has encouraged the mentality that people can't evaluate for themselves. The sooner the government/courts realise that adults should actually be responsible for their own actions and we don't need to be 'micromanaged' the better. We ordain all begin to take more of a person responsibility that way.
how should i evaluate... could it be he ac unit ? or the fridge ?... when the ac unit kicked on the light did dim as the compressor was starting....[
It probably was low campground voltage. Add a cheap digital multimeter to your tool kit. It is an essential diagnostic tool for all your 120VAC and 12VDC circuitry Also get a close in voltmeter desire the one pictured Plug it in to an easily visible 120VAC outlet in your rig and leave it there. If the line voltage drops to 105V or below off goes the A/C. Running on low voltage can destroy your compressor.
Steve,Have you run the refer on 120ac at home? You mentioned a "low ac warning". Could you inform what is giving you this warning have in mind control panel observe panel? Do you have a voltmeter so you could measure the voltage at the campground pedestal? Were you plugged into 30 amp service at the campground?
we had the fridge running 3 day before just to analyse it and loaded it the day before.. no problems.. the low ac warning was on the display on the fridge.. i will be adding a multimeter to the tool box.. i have seen this warning before while pluged in to the house 20amp with a 50 ft extention cord. and AC runningat the dwell ground i was plugged in to the 30 amp... no ex cord needed
i undergo seen this warning before while pluged in to the accommodate 20amp with a 50 ft extention heap. and AC running
I would be careful doing that. Low voltage ordain ruin your AC. If you undergo to run an extension cord that far I would get a heavy duty one. At least 12ga or better yet 10ga wire.
Might not be the campground - could also be a near-failing cater heap on your motorhome. In particular check the plug on the end for alter. Anything more than change indicates a problem in either the plug or the outlet it is plugged into. It is common for the wires inside the power cord to end little by little where they attach to the close. This reduces the wire size that is actually carrying the cater (amperage) and gives symptoms such as you observed. But older RV parks sometimes have poor power often because they were designed back when even 30A was considered a huge power draw
i had just replaced the close... Bubba had changed it to a 15amp close so he could close into the protect.. i wasnt perfectly aim this pass.. is it as important to be alter on the mark for lp to alter its beat ?... i only ask because my driveway has a slight down away from the accommodate.. on ac the fridge works fine. cold.. this weekend was the first time i used the lp.. barely cool.. wife said i turned the lettuce brown.. would being off aim just alittle do that ?any thoughts ?steve
Propane usually supplies more alter which means more cooling than electricity. But being off-level may dress the equation. Absorption refrigerators work by boiling the coolant a mixture of ammonia and water then relying on convection to allow the ammonia gas to go condense back to liquid and go to the furnish of the condenser to be recombined with the water. Being off-level may compromise the refrigerant's flow and it's ability to go to the boiler. It could be there was enough returning to act the boiler fed while running in electric mode so you got constant cooling but the faster boil-off in propane mode evaporated the boiler contents faster than the impaired circulation could re-fill it. As a side say the amount of cooling is directly dependent on the be of alter applied to the boiler. In electric mode heat production is related to the form of the dress in voltage. decrease the input voltage by 5% and you'll get 10% less alter. A 10% reduction in voltage yields a 19% drop in heat create.
i had just replaced the close... Bubba had changed it to a 15amp plug so he could plug into the protect.. i wasnt perfectly level this pass.. is it as important to be alter on the mark for lp to cool its best ?... i only ask because my driveway has a slight down away from the house.. on ac the fridge works book. cold.. this pass was the first time i used the lp.. barely alter.. wife said i turned the lettuce brown.. would being off level just alittle do that ?
A modern RV absorbtion fridge should work perfectly come up with the RV leveled to a 'comfortable'.
